I just wanted to thank your staff for looking after 'us' so well at the recent Mail on Sunday party. They were all superb! Additionally, I had a 'skirmish' with a London bicycle whilst walking to your hotel which damaged my hand. Your receptionist, kindly bandaged me up and I wished to express my thanks to her too. Thanks again and very best wishes for 2018. Graham Ross

IImmediately upon our arrival, after travelling a good 7-8 hours, we were approached by the Hotel Doormen who was very kind and immediately grabbed our luggage And made us feel welcomed. My wife went to check in and I of course went the bar to have a quick drink. The check in process was fairly quick And the bar was very exquisite, the barman the first night we arrived was very kind and gave us loads of insight and suggestions what’s hot and what’s even hotter. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We took a quick tour of the hotel and found many likings to the modern styled hotel, very boutique like. There is one person I would like to say a very special thank you, I believe he is a Italian national and his name is Maurizio, this guy although we only saw him upon Our entrance and exit from the hotel, I really think he made the difference with his smile and warm hospitality, his service for me at least went above and beyond. Until next time London & the Marylebone hotel, happy holidays and thanks for making our stay so pleasant!!
The rooms were booked were a bit small, i later found out that our travel agent wanted to save us money as the hotel had latrger rooms available.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The standard of breakfast and service was just superb, including menu choice. The bar was great and a good place to meet and have drinks with our friends. I would definitely return, as long as I was allocated a decent sized road facing room, unlike the room we were allocated.

Attentive, friendly staff. Excellent living/reception áreas for relaxation in beautiful surroundings. Delicious food. Really comfortable bed.
The standard rooms are TINY and you can hardly move in the bathroom. They would be fine for one person but really claustrophic for a couple. Much better value at similar price for 5* hotels.
